The only thing I bought is a pin (9mm diameter). \500. Everything else is scrap. After a couple times I used it the pin is not straight anymore.
From the ground to the pin should be 43cm to get 2cm clearance between the ground and the rear wheel. If it's too high it's not gonna fit between pivot and rear wheel. Even if it fits the lever where you put your foot to push it down is shorter it's hard to bring the motorcycle up. The shorter the height is the easier to bring it up.
If the angle is too big the rear wheel touches the ground when you bring it up. Figuring out right height and right angle is try and error.
I put 4.2mm nails on the edge of triangle support on the both side to give it rounded surfac.

The weight of VFR400R is about 180kg. The ground to the swingarm pivot hole is about 37cm. The rear suspension is original factory parts. It takes one person to use it safely.
